Beaver work 2009
The latest view of the beaver’s corner of the world; there are numerous tracks around the pile of branches (2nd photo) and the little clutch of softwoods being reduced to shards shown in the 1st image is just a few yards to the right of the pile.
Just up the road, a bucket loader (the human version of the beaver?) has been parked along the edge of the newly bought and surveyed 92 acres to the south of us (it surrounds the bog created by the previous generation of beavers).
