This is not today but last June on Lake Contoocook in Rindge, New Hampshire. Mt. Monadnock is visible on the horizon to the right of the sunset.

Today, March 4, 2022, we had a high of 28F degrees but it was sunny and a bit windy. It has been an odd winter here in Maine. While overall temperatures have been a bit higher than average (they say), it seems we have had more negative degree mornings than usual and we have had rain in the middle of snow storms several times.

We are hoping to get out on the hiking trail and get updated images of the end of winter-2022.
