It has been a tough winter week in the north; temperatures at 7am in mid-week were below zero for several consecutive days; it appears -21F was the lowest overall at any time.

Storm No. 7 arrived Sunday; by this a.m., we had about 13 inches; this gives us 50 in. for the season (last year’s total was around 106 in., so we are at half-way).
