Saturday evening storm: it never made it to the island

A number of pieces of artwork from the Gregory youth of Masons Isl. remain at the residence; I hope to photo them all to capture them for posterity.

The dramatic storm clouds shown here never made it to the island. A line of thunderstorms stretching from north of Hartford and heading southeast dissipated on their way south.

The last picture shows the heron from Sunday morning hiding behind the marsh grass after we took all our photos.
