As our opportunities for capturing images of real birds diminishes with season, environment, and time, we are going for whatever comes our way. This totally wierd grass-hopper-like flying leaf came through the front yard last weekend. Not a bad iphone image. If you can extricate visually the grayish branch sticking out of the head, you can discern a grasshopper-like head. The green upper body part is really paper thin. Wierd.
