As expected, certain assets around Mason Isl had issues with the near miss of Hurricane Sandy. Here is the right-of-way dock on Poggy Bay as viewed today – two weeks after the storm. You can compare to the pre-storm image of the dock’s access ramp posted earlier.

As you can see in the second image, there is no ramp anymore.

All the other docks on Poggy Bay look level and intact. This is what happens sometimes when you hire the lowest bidder for your project.
