This weekend down in CT was like a summer visit: warm temps and sunny skies. On a walk down to the Ice Pond, we found some red-breasted merganser ducks meandering about.

About a month ago, we saw from the house deck, a contingent of crows checking out the newly constructed property across the street (see image below)
