This image is from my 3-year old Gopro4 set for still images. With snow in progress, I decided to use it for its weather-proof casing.
Last week there were three large birds circling slowly over the beaver bog. They were quite high (2000 ft.?) and I saw with the naked eye white on the head and tail of at least one of them. A mostly dark, large bird with white at both ends means EAGLE. With my hand-held 200mm lens I could not get any great images but here are a few. The bird on the right was not dark but grayish. Not sure what kind of bird, but the three of them looked like a team.
The other image here is a close up of the base of a column of Memorial Bridge over the Kennebec river in Augusta. Ice bergs abound.
