Cruising Boothbay Hahbah

Among the sites on our recent evening cruise out of Boothbay Harbor, we found the schooner Eastwind tacking into the southwesterly breeze.
After the usual transit of Townsend Gut and making the Southport Isl bridge open for us, we entered Sheepscot Bay and headed south for the head of the bay. We had a wonderfully clear and moderately warm evening for a clear shot of the Hendrick’s Head lighthouse.
Just before entering Townsend Gut, we noted another coastal homeowner who spends too much money on fancy shrubbery and maintenance (3rd image). Surely these ospreys are not being taxed enough?
