A quick look at February so far; more of the same. Another go at maximum high to low within three days around the first week of the month; I think it was -12F to 50F.  From Feb-20 to Feb-28, we failed to break the freezing point. Of course, this was after the Feb-11 to Feb-20 period when we hardly went below freezing.
