Into December

As we start December, we have a President de-elect and a President-elect, an international pandemic virus, and many squirrels looking for nuts (there are at least 73 million [“nuts,” that is] according to the latest Presidential election).
Speaking of nuts, our local forests have been rejuvenated by a couple major rainstorms which has resulted in full streams; these same waterways were bone dry during the summer.
We are hunkered down and minimizing contact with other humans. While Maine has been mostly under control, China-virus-wise, the superspread of pandemic stupidity is becoming more visible [It has been reported that some Maine hospital nurses are complaining about being required to get Flu shots – not CoVid Virus vaccine shots, basic Flu vaccine shots]. There are alot of nuts out there. Explains alot.
