The dock at the right-of-way on Sunday morning, Sandy minus 24 hours; the full-moon tide had raised the sea level above the stone wall. Twenty-four hours later, at the beginning of the storm, we can visualize the sea level at ten-fifteen feet higher. I have not heard of how the Poggy bay dock fared.
