The local pond is now at “ice out.” This is a view from our nearby inlet from almost a month ago.

This is a view from about two months ago. There is brown contaminants in this pond and in other spots.

We are hoping to resume our updates as the weather moderates. The status of ice is shown below (from about a week ago).
