MI Saturday morning
During my Saturday morning walk I found a menagerie on the pond. The Canadian geese have arrived to join a seagull (way in the background standing on a rock) while the more typical ducks were cruising around the north end (left side) and, in an instant while I was shooting, a heron swooped by and I caught this shot with no more skill than pure luck.
Earlier I went down to the so-called Green Marsh lane marina (off of Money Pt. road) and saw an osprey (on a solitary post beyond the canal’s t-crossing) and an egret way up in a tree off to the left). It is doubtful they are visible in the second shot at left. Moments later a skull zipped by the cross canal.
