Our attempts at a memorable image of the super moon came up quite disappointing. Here is a modestly manipulated scene viewed through the trees; the second is a massively manipulated image using the merger of three images with different exposures under the direction of a “high dynamic range” processing. A tripod was used; conditions were excellent.
