The blogdog looks for his deer friends

We have not been getting the super heat here in Maine but the seasonal summer heat is here. You do not see it, but the green ferns are hiding the creek. It is now down to a trickle.

The second image is from Sherry’s mom’s deck (bird seed lies scattered on the new decking).

The last image is from the beaver bog looking into the buildup of late afternoon clouds – this time there was no thunderstorm.
