Walking toward Allyn’s Alley yesterday, I almost tripped over a large bird. It flew up and across the street, settling on a branch about just ten feet up. It stared at me and did not budge. I am not sure what it was after but it seemed to be bothered by my presence. Apparently this is a turkey vulture.

I kept on going after my shot and didn’t see any turkeys, or parts!
